I've just been looking at the Wing Hall website (decidedly retro appearance!) and couldn't see a proper tariff anywhere, so I experimented with logging a booking as a sort of dummy run, to see if it came up with a price. Stuff called Aquasure is pretty good for dealing with small holes - not sure how it behaves for patches though. It's a "urethane Repair Adhesive & sealant" and according to the blurb "flexible repair adhesive for waders, umbrellas, bivvies, etc." - current tube cost £7.99 fro...

We had the original tartan polyester ones on our first Dormobile - they were pretty perished because the fabric wasn't particularly UV-stable/resistant and the PO had not long returned from a trans-Europe-trans-Africa expedition.
