Leafers at t'Pit Camping List

Post by RMS » Fri May 03, 2019 8:39 am

The camping list is now open for the Leafers at t'Pit show this year

Quote from the SeriouslySeries forum:

"The show will be on the Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th August ONLY but camping is available from Friday to Monday (23rd - 26th) as usual. Don't forget we're at a NEW VENUE (Apedale Light Valley Railway, Staffordshire).

Camping is £15 per unit for the weekend (Friday to Monday). The camping fee includes your day entry to the show.

Due to the new venue there'll be a few changes this year which we'll let you know about nearer the time, but for now the main changes to know about are:

- if you're planning on camping with a non-leafer then you will have to put your motor in the car park rather than next to your tent (this is because the show and the camping are in the same field at this venue).

- we have very limited availability for caravans so only a few will be allowed. Let me know if you'd like to bring one and I'll let you know nearer the time if you can. (There is no room for caravans on the autojumble area either so please bear this in mind).

- we will only be catering on Saturday night this year, and it'll be our usual BBQ offering.

In order to apply for a place, please send me the following information either in an email (to leafersattpit@gmail.com) or in a PM (to MissB) on the Seriously Series forum:

1 - Name
2 - Forum name
3 - Reg plate
4 - E-mail address and contact telelphone telephone number
5 - Are you stopping in a tent/caravan/motor?
6 - How many people are in your party?
7 - Would you like food on the Saturday? If so, how many people in your party will need catering for?
8 - Are there any special requirements that we need to know about, either food wise or generally?

Can I please ask that you don't send me a message on Facebook (even if you're a friend) as they're quite difficult to keep track of and it means things are fair for everyone.

I will do my best to reply to you all as soon as possible, but please bear with me (especially in the first 48 hours) as I'll have a lot of messages. To make everything fair, I'll reply to you to confirm whether you've got a place and to give you a 'camping number'. Once places are full, I'll open up a reserve list and will try my best to get people places where I can. If you've got any questions then just shout.

If you're just planning on visiting us for the day then there's no need to pre book.

Now that all of that is out of the way... let the fun begin!"

Thank you for posting - I’ll hopefully manage to be there this year.
