I'm not sure when they sold Horrie (Horatio), but it must have been in the mid 70's I'd guess.
They had some great memories and stories that we heard lots about growing up. Horrie took them from the UK through Europe, Greece, Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Kuwait (where they got married), Saudi etc etc and back again. They often wondered what happened to him since. I did a MOT check (obv exempt) and last V5 was issued in Oct 2015. No info on insurance search though :(

I told my mum that I'd ask about online for her. Tried fbook and someone suggested the Series forum so asked there, asked on the Defender forum (we have a 300tdi Defender and someone suggested asking here as well!
