Last weekend I went camping with some colleagues from work, gorgeous weather for the whole weekend and some lovely scenery. The camp site was pretty busy but we found a corner of the field where we could set up camp together. I also discovered that having a fan on the top front window works fairly well for stopping the inside of the Carawagon becoming an oven. I used a 12v computer fan this time, but plan to get something more suitable for the next long trip.
Here are a few (LRCC relevant) photos...
Arrival
Set up at the camp site, surrounded by tents.
We managed a candle lit dinner for two, thanks to Eddy's cooking.
Then the final group shot, in which the Carawagon seemed to be the favourite seat.
(Not my photos, all taken my talented friend, Wing)

Re: A weekend camping in Derbyshire
Looks like a nice rural camp site
I've connected one of these fans inside my dormobile, it seems to work really well and push out lots of air too. However, what it will be like during an aussie summer will be the real test
