I'm not sure how useful this would be to most of us - it looks like it was either just a mains connection point with RCD, or perhaps it has a battery charger inbuilt - I can't tell from the pictures
I just run an extension lead out to a couple of smart chargers to keep my batteries topped up

Did see this Robin, about as Carawagon specific as NATO green paint!
They were fitted to most military vehicles for a while so not really Carawagon specific. They are used to get 240v into the wagon whilst it was parked in the barracks and then this was then patched through to a 240v plug inside, so basically it's like a mini consumer unit!
