At the risk of being shot down for publicising yet another show - Mark Woodward is hosting his Classic Car show at Ripon Racecourse on Sunday 31st August.
There are no free passes for this show!
If you've pre-booked you'll have paid your £3.50 admin fee. If you haven't pre-booked, there is just a week to get your form in.
See HERE
If you arrive on the Saturday for camping with no pass, I think you'll just pay the £3.50 admin fee (no guarantee unless you speak to Mark), but if you arrive on Sunday without a pass it will cost you £6.00 per adult, the same as the public entry
There is no separate camping area - If you do camp on Saturday night and use a tent, you will be expected to de-camp before the public start coming in at 09:00 on the Sunday as the space will be needed for show vehicles - those are Mark's rules and nothing to do with LRCC!
There's usually a good turnout of Land Rovers here, as well as a lot of shiny classics and trade stands.
Cheers,
Robin.

How did you guys get on?
I was intending to go, but due to having so many things going on in my life, at this moment in time I just couldn't afford to get away.
Take care and maybe next time, but not Newark as that is over Remembrance weekend.

Re: Ripon Classic Car Show, 31st Aug
A good weekend thanks Stu, - weather was nice - almost too hot on the Sunday!
Patrick & I went in our Carawagons and did the usual back-to-back awning, joined by Neil with his 109" camper, John with his 88" camper, Chris (of 88" FC camper fame) in his 109" camper, then on Sunday the Navy Boyz joined us
Saturday night was pleasant around the firepit - the usual banter though I had to be more careful as both my wife and daughter joined us this weekend
We were kept quite busy with folk looking around on Sunday - only a couple of folk asking if our roofs were home made this time
Not many good pics I'm afraid - I couldn't find my camera so these are poor phone photos!
