Another attractive area in Ork is Birsay.
Boardhouse/Barony Mill in Birsay is a fully functioning watermill producing stone ground flour and beremeal, set up for visitors (sensibly so those of an engineering bent can get the full tour) and an excellent visit!
The Bishops palace down at the shore is worth a look, and the headland overlooking the Brough of Birsay would easily acommodate 20 vehicles for a wild camp..
I hope to join the fun for a few days (shifts dependant)
