Just for info... I would not recommend locating the control unit where I did it, see pictures in first post.
I had already an issue with water ingress and failing heater as a result. Thanks again Robin for solving that problem for me.
I yet have to relocate it to the side of the wardrobe as it is further away from leaking windows, doors and seals.
