It seems the filler was not through and through, i.e. itwas used to hide dents, which is nearly as bad as these areas are weakened, hense the breaking at some point.
But it us looking better already. Just need to slap on some oxide and then some paint.
Was a but if work involved getting it to fit and lined up. 1 " tolerance even for the replacement parts. But managed with the bumper as a kind of jig to hold it in place.
Hopefully it is all ok now.
