Having a walk around Chesterfield Market earlier, somebody selling some old Magazines, ended up picking up Practical Motorist Annual 67, 68 & 69 and also Motor Caravanner March 1970 which had a nice Bedford Dormobile on the cover (and on that basis I bought it)

Got home had a peruse, that's a nice advert:

Then a nice double spread later on:

Only copy of Motor Caravanner he had, if you can't read it, let me know and I'll either email the full image to you, or I shall upload the image to some webspace. Happy reading :tiphat:

Nice find

Plenty of hype in there about 'best' and 'leaders in their class for quality and beautiful design' :gold:

Just in case anyone doesn't realise, if you click on the pictures, they should open in a new window full size (easier to read) :tiphat:

Thanks for that Stuey.

Cheers,
Robin.

Excellent finds!

I picked up an original brochure and pricelist for the Bedford conversion at a show, they mustn't be common! Seemed someone collected camper brochures, as there were all sorts in there! Unfortunately no LR based ones though :( Also got a roadtest of the Range Rover conversion too somewhere, can't remember where I picked that up from. Still waiting to collect the original brochues and literature for my Carawagon!

I've got a proper Searle brochure that is stamped up AA Technical Library 1966 or round about that date, got a price list in it too for all the extras. Will get it scanned someday.....

It would be nice to have a 'Brochure' sticky in the 'Technical' section.

I've got some brochures here, as well as a couple I borrowed from dudley to scan, so I'll try to start that up this weekend.

Cheers,
Robin.

Sounds good, a ready reference sort of guide?
