Camping and trundle in Derbyshire 19th to 21st July

A few of us 101 owners are meeting up for a weekend of camping and driving in the Derbyshire Peak District. It would be great to see you folks from the LRCC and all would be welcome.

Near Hartington. Either Berresfordale or Alstonfield. Both are £5 pppn.

I'm tempted, Dave, but with so many shows in July/Aug/Sept, I ought to spend some weekends nearer home

Ok folks just in case anyone fancies coming along this weekend here is the info.

Site for Friday and Saturday night camping at £5 PPPN is at Alstonefield. From Ashbourne on A515 for around six miles towards Buxton then follow signs on left towards Milldale, keep right after the humpback bridge . Site is on the right just before you reach Alstonfield at the top of the hill. Grid ref is SK 13570 55697.
The site is not signed from the road so I will stick a 101 sign up.
There is a pub in the village for food but it is expensive posh nosh, BBQ for me I reckon.

I will be on site from noon on Friday. Anyone fancy it???
