Re: Hello
Hello, i think i will try and post some pictures this weekend, i really found it very difficult to post pictures on the series 2 forum and havnt tried since. i did post some of my other landrovers but havnt posted any of my carawagon so im quite keen to try. my carawagon is in super condition for its age, i bought it last year off ebay, i had seen it also on c.a.s.p.a. in some pictures posted by a gent called graham. it had an mot until november but i let this lapse because the brakes are a little spongy and the diff/ gearbox has a slight noise (bearing i think). i plan to fix this spring and re mot. it is sat safely on my drive under a sheet at the mo. i have also bought a defender 300tdi engine to replace the petrol 2.25 but the petrol runs so well, i do also have a soft spot for originality. so unsure about the tdi. i have a MK2 hydraulic winch to fit and an overdrive. you might think why the winch. i work with timber every day and winchs to me are needed for work and with regards to the carawagon pulling a bit of firewood and so on. thank you for the welcome
Re: Hello

Re: Hello
That's great Mark - well done
I don't suppose you fancy an outing to Eastnor in it on 25/26 Aug, do you? We're struggling to fill the stand and you're just up the road - compared to most of us
Oh, and it would be good to meet you and your Carawagon

I regularly get 20-23mpg out of a 2.8 Tonne Ambulance! Just think of it as whatever you would pay in a hotel room, stick it in the tank instead!!
