Re: Doncaster, July 12th
Looks like I won't be going. Saw this today on Facebook:
Right folks, I have had word from show HQ and it seems that we are now completely full as regards exhibitors. If you have sent in your booking form recently (as it appears a huge amount of you have) you may well not have been successful in securing a space. If this is the case your booking form and payment will be returned to you (successful bookings will receive their passes by the same time) and should be with you by Wednesday, if you haven't heard anything by then please use the exhibitor enquiry form here...

I am sorry to be bringing you this news and I know it will mean some of you are disappointed.

Re: Doncaster, July 12th
Ah, this is why I asked folk to let me know as I knew it would be tight back at the school grounds
I've got a call in to the organisers, so all is not yet lost!
Originally when they asked for numbers, I suggested we would probably have 4-5 campers on Saturday night plus 5-7 non-campers on Sunday morning.
I'll post back as soon as they confirm.
Cheers,
Robin.

Re: Doncaster, July 12th
Right, the campers are safe so if you've told me you are getting there on Saturday, that's fine, I'll have your passes before you get there.
There will be room for about 5 more on Sunday morning, so if you PM me I can try to make sure there is space for when you arrive.
I do suggest you try to get there as early as you can though - it might become a free-for-all as folk start fighting for space and wondering why we've got empty spaces
Cheers,
Robin.
