Peterborough LRO show 19-20 Sept 2015

Post by RMS » Sun Aug 09, 2015 10:14 am

Hi guys,

The LRCC show stand has been confirmed :gold:

All the passes have been allocated for this show - I'll PM the successful applicants today.

Unfortunately, as you may know, clubs only get 5 passes for the Live Promotion shows now, so I have taken the first 5 requests.
If you do not hear from me by PM, I'm afraid you will be on the reserve list.

I'm working on possibly getting a couple more passes, and have had positive noises from the first line at Live, but it's up to her bosses in the end

Cheers,
Robin.

Yeah, sorry, Peterborough is always over-subscribed!

Keep an eye on the events list HERE for the shows we usually support, and info on what you need to do to get tickets.

I'll be putting up the 2016 list around Christmas time.

Hopefully see you at t'Pit later this month

Cheers,
Robin.

I asked for, and received, a couple of extra passes for this show to cover everyone who asked to be on the stand.
Currently all the passes are allocated, but if you want to go on the reserve list in case someone can't make it, let me know as soon as possible.

The map is now available HERE- as usual we are next to the S2C (to the left of the centre), as requested

Cheers,
Robin.

What a cracking weekend - warm and sunny, interesting folk and a full stand

One Marshal Ambulance camper, two Dormobiles and four Carawagons made a nice display of classic campers, I think :tiphat:

Thanks to all who came, either on the stand or as day visitors, and thanks to Kath's Cafe for the welcome coffees, egg mayo sandwiches, toast  and Kath's sweet things which she brought out regularly

Cheers,
Robin.

G'day chaps, my thanks not just from myself but Marty as well go out to you all as usual but as much as i would like to have stayed i would still been asleep in the chair being more of a hassle trying to move a look alike aging silver back gorilla to the bed that was offered to me on the floor of someones awning  .

The slightly worrying bit is i can't for the life of me remember who it was that offered me a bed :embarassed: but i guess they will own up sooner rather than later  .

Yes i might have missed the best bit but we were happy of what sort of day we had but there will be a next time now HEC has here MOT :woohoo: .

Catch you later. R-Rose :tiphat: .
