Re: Lifting roof on a Marshall...
Hi Jeremy, What sort of lifting roof are you after. The Dormobile canvas side, Landrover Carawaggon or a solid fold up side. I have a box body with a solid side lift up roof. Quite simple to make. Sankey MK 1 Brake Shoes.
Hi, Anybody have a set of Sankey MK 1 brake shoes for sale, any condition. Or if anyone has a set spare that I could borrow to copy. Mine went off to be relined and on return they wanted an extortionate price for the reline and a spare set of linings (£185.99) that I refuse to pay the blood money. A...

Re: Hello from the Fens
Hi James, Welcome, I am a fairly new member on this site as well. I live at Stilton so not far from you, also spend quite a bit of time over at Tidd so it gets closer. Quite envious of the fact you have a 2.8. I have been looking for one for years but without success. Maybe arrange a meet up some ti...

Re: Wanted Sankey axle and springs
Thanks Robin,
Yes watching them on flee Bay but you don't know what you get until you collect. Was hoping a club member may have on tucked up in a corner at least that way you get the truth on condition etc.
Thanks
Bob

Wanted Sankey axle and springs
Looking for a Sankey axle and springs or the whole trailer to use a donor for my new trailer project. Want to keep to Landover wheels so the Sankey seems the best way forward.
anyone have one rusting away in a corner?
Thanks
Bob

Re: Adventure Overland 2014
Dan, Just seen your post re my defender at Adventure Overland. Sorry you seem to feel put out. I had no intention to pollute the stand or give offence in any way, my intention was solely to meet other members of LRCC as from the forums it seems a very sensible club (unlike a lot of others) with a we...

Re: Sandy says hello.
Thanks, it has been aong dream to make it to Auz. If I do it will be for 3 years to do the full round tour. But stil a few bits to do or change. It's a bit like painting the forth bridge. Will it ever be done? But a line has tobe drawn in the sand otherwise it will turn into a 6 wheeler.
