What dates/times are you travelling and what made you chose the ferry over the chunnel ?AlexB wrote:Ferry booked !
We are waiting for our son to confirm he can join us on the trip, then will book as necessary.

Hi all
We are doing the tunnel, because the prices were the same for the tunnel and the ferry and the tunnel is so much quicker. Last time, we arrived about 20 mins early of our booking in time and booked in. They offered us the train we have booked, 1 in 10 mins and 1 straight away. We went on the one going straight away and drove past loads of cars waiting to board. As soon as we stopped on the train the doors were closed and we were off. On that occasion it was at least 2 hours quicker than the Ferry.
We are booked Folkestone to Calais 22.50pm on Tuesday 31/05/16. Return 14.50pm on Saturday 04/06/16. We will be stopping the Tuesday night on the Aires de Service in Boulonge-sur-Mer.
Any questions, please ask away.
Cheers Mick
