Re: Billing/Kelmarsh Show, 21-23 July 2017
That would be great Michiel, thanks
Do you know what time you'll be getting there? I won't be there until Thursday lunchtime, and I'll have all of the vehicle passes and the site plan so unless you can get there around lunchtime on Thursday, Friday morning might be best
They haven't sent the official blurb or passes yet, but they usually say you have to be at the gate by 08:30 on the Friday morning at the latest.
Cheers,
Robin.

Hi Michiel,
I won't know until they send the club pack, usually a couple of weeks before so hopefully this weekend.
Cheers,
Robin.

Hi guys,
Provided the email address on your LRCC account is correct, all attendees should have received an email from me this evening, with the site plan and details of the arrival times etc.
If you haven't received the email, please check the email address in your profile is correct, and let me know.
Cheers,
Robin.

Firewood!
I will be bringing my firepit, so if anyone can bring wood to burn, we can enjoy evenings around the firepit.
Cheers,
Robin.

As I'm bringing my trailer, I might as well bring some broken up pallets for the fire pit. It needs a bit more broken into smaller bits, but it should be ok.

Hi Robin,
Just dotting the 'I's and 'T''s
Vehicle: 1976 Land Rover Series 3 LWB 'Camper' (work in progress - bed, curtains, storage boxes, shelf, stove etc!)
Reg No: PNX 637R
Driver only no, pax
Side awning 2m long, extends out about 2m
Expect to arrive late afternoon/early evening Thursday, shall I call you when I get there for the vehicle pass?
I have sussed out the route to Kelmarsh - a bit nearer to us than Billing and I see the LRCC stand is handy for the main arena and the bar!
cheers
John

Re: Billing/Kelmarsh Show, 21-23 July 2017
Hi Robin,
Might try to camp with LRCC / S2C on Friday and/or Saturday, paying my own way on the gate. Will be in my SWB S2a 'Camper' rather than the Carawagon. But interested to chat about the breather kits (if you'll have them available to buy for the Carawagon) as well as the rear-awning extender kit. I also have a growing list of other bits and pieces I'm looking for to improve the Carawagon, including the rear-door mount for the cooker in my 'Continental'.
Cheers,
John
